By placing an order with Upackarts Packaging Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any purchase.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Upackarts. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order, WhatsApp confirmation, or email confirmation from our team. Verbal orders are not binding. Upackarts reserves the right to decline any order without providing a reason.
All quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST will be charged at the applicable rate and shown separately on the tax invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A quotation is valid for 7 working days from the date of issue. After this period, prices are subject to revision based on current material costs.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product and are confirmed at the time of quotation. Standard MOQs are as follows:

Standard payment terms for new customers are 100% advance prior to dispatch. Established customers may be offered credit terms of net 15 days from invoice date, subject to prior written agreement. We accept UPI, NEFT, RTGS, account payee cheque, and net banking. Payments by cheque are subject to clearance before dispatch. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
Ex-stock orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day within Pune. Orders outside Pune or requiring custom production are dispatched within the lead time confirmed at the time of order. All delivery timelines communicated by Upackarts are estimates and not contractual commitments. Upackarts is not liable for delays caused by transportation, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the transporter or upon collection from our premises, whichever occurs first.
The buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Upackarts will assess the claim and respond within 3 working days with a resolution, which may include replacement, credit note, or refund at our discretion.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects confirmed in writing by Upackarts. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Return freight costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect confirmed by Upackarts.
Orders for ex-stock standard products may be cancelled before dispatch without charge. Orders for custom-dimensioned, custom-printed, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Cancellation of a confirmed order after material procurement has begun may attract a cancellation charge covering material and processing costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Upackarts' liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in dispute. Upackarts is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including loss of production, loss of profit, or buyer claims arising from packaging failure. The buyer is responsible for specifying packaging requirements that are suitable for their product, route, and buyer requirements. Upackarts supplies to specifications — the suitability of a specification for a particular application is the buyer's responsibility.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from transactions with Upackarts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
