Kamlesh Ubale was born in 2004 in Pune. He grew up close to the packaging industry -- his family has been part of this trade for over three decades. He understood the industry from the inside: its supply chains, its margins, and most importantly, its gaps.
In 2019, he made a decision that most people twice his age would hesitate to make: he started Upackarts as an independent business. Not to continue the family setup, but to build something new that solved a problem he saw clearly -- small and mid-size businesses in Pune could not access quality packaging without committing to quantities they could not afford or store.

A BCom graduate and currently a CA Final candidate undergoing articleship simultaneously, he brings structured financial thinking to every aspect of the business -- from costing and pricing to GST compliance and vendor contracts.
