Filament Reinforced Strapping Tape

Filament strapping tape embeds fibreglass filaments in BOPP film, giving 80 to 180 kg tensile strength per 25mm width — far beyond standard BOPP. Applied by hand with no tools, it is faster than PP strapping for loads under 200 kg.

Applications

Bundling pipes, tubes, and profiles. Reinforcing corrugated box seams before heavy freight. Securing rolled goods (carpets, foam rolls). Strapping awkward shapes where PP tools cannot wrap.

Tensile Strength by Grade

Single filament (standard): 80 to 100 kg per 25mm. For loads under 100 kg.

Multi-filament (heavy duty): 120 to 180 kg per 25mm. For loads 100 to 200 kg.

Width Options

19mm for small bundles. 25mm for general bundling. 38mm for heavy loads and crate reinforcement.

Note: Filament tape cannot be torn by hand — the filaments prevent cross-direction tearing. Use scissors or a knife to cut.
