Dunnage air bags inflate to fill the void gaps between cargo loads inside shipping containers and trucks, preventing cargo movement during transit. Traditional timber dunnage is heavy, generates waste, and requires ISPM-15 treatment. Dunnage air bags weigh under 1 kg deflated, are accepted at all ports, and require no phytosanitary documentation.
AAR Certification Levels
Level 1 (5 psi): Light loads, road freight, gaps under 150mm.
Level 2 (7.5 psi): Medium loads, road and short rail.
Level 3 (10 psi): Standard for most Indian industrial container export loading.
Level 4 (12 psi): Very heavy loads.
Level 5 (14.5 psi): Maximum — heaviest loads and widest gaps.
Inflate with standard compressed air line. 30 to 60 seconds per bag.
Sizes: 600x1200mm to 1200x2400mm. Woven PP reusable 3 to 5 times. Kraft paper single use.
