Lashing Capacity Guide

25mm webbing (800 kg LC): Motorcycles, small equipment, furniture.

35mm webbing (2,000 kg LC): Machinery under 2,000 kg, large furniture.

50mm webbing (5,000 kg LC): Industrial machinery, heavy fabricated structures.

Minimum Straps Per Load

Always use minimum 4 straps regardless of weight. For 5,000 kg truck load: minimum 4 x 50mm straps (over-and-under method). Place straps at front and rear of load to resist braking and acceleration forces.

Hook Types

J-hook: For truck bed D-ring lashing points (most common).

Flat hook: For beams, rails, and frames.

Lengths: 2m to 10m. Complies with EN 12195-2.
