Pallet top caps distribute stretch film wrap pressure and pallet stack load uniformly across the top surface — preventing top layer corrugated boxes from corner crush.
Why Top Caps Prevent Corner Crush
Without top cap: A pallet stacked above exerts its full weight through 4 corner feet onto box corners below. Pressure = ~1.1 kg/cm2 — often exceeding corrugated capacity.
With top cap: Load distributes across full 1,200 x 1,000mm area. Pressure drops to ~0.083 kg/cm2 — a 13x reduction.

6mm double-wall corrugated: Single-level storage with stretch film only.
