Corrugated Layer Pads

Corrugated layer pads placed between each product layer on a pallet distribute the compressive load from upper layers across all products below — preventing concentrated corner loads that crush or chip lower-tier products.

Applications

Bottle pallets: Prevents bottle tops chipping and label tearing from base contact above.

Tinned goods: Prevents lid deformation from upper tier weight.

Corrugated box pallets: Prevents top-corner crush on lower-tier boxes.

Ceramic tile pallets: Distributes load to prevent edge chipping.

Single vs Double Wall

Single wall (3.5mm): Light to medium pallet loads under 300 kg per tier.

Double wall (7mm): Heavy loads above 300 kg or products with point contact (bottles, round containers).

Place one layer pad per tier boundary. A 4-layer pallet needs 3 layer pads + one top cap.
