Corrugated Paper Rolls

Single-face corrugated paper rolls have one flat liner bonded to one corrugated fluted medium. The flute structure absorbs impact through compression — 3 to 5 times better cushioning than flat kraft paper.

Flute Types

B flute (3mm height): For general component wrapping and box wall lining.

E flute (1.5mm height): Fine and smooth — for precision components and polished surfaces where flute imprint would mark the surface.

Applications

Individual component wrapping: Wrap each machined component before boxing to prevent metal-to-metal contact.

Box base lining: One layer inside box base adds cushioning at the highest impact point.

Layer separation: Between stacked circuit boards, metal stampings, ceramic tiles.

Widths: 30cm, 45cm, 60cm. Lengths: 50m, 100m.
