Foam corner protectors are pre-moulded three-dimensional EPE foam pieces that fit over box and product corners — protecting the three faces at each corner from impact during handling and transit.
Why Corners Are Highest Risk
In a drop, corners concentrate the entire kinetic energy into a small area. A 1 kg product dropped from 50cm generates ~5 joules. Foam corner protectors distribute this energy across a larger area, reducing local stress below failure threshold.
Size Options
50x50x50mm: Small electronics, instruments, boxes up to 300mm.
75x75x75mm: Medium appliances, power tools, DSLRs.
100x100x100mm: Large appliances, monitors, furniture corners.
Custom die-cut at MOQ 500 sets.
